Got me in right away! Needed to see what was wrong with my engine and they did a thorough diagnostic with pics of everything and sent a report back to me in a timely manner. Found out i need a timing chain done on my engine. Wasn't thrilled when the told me the price and ended up finding someone to do it at my house. There quote was higher than what i was finding online so not sure why that was but still was much more than overall what i could afford. Otherwise happy with the service they provided and the staff was really nice!

As for our pricing, we have ASE master-certified technicians only use high quality parts. We also offer a 3 year / 36 month warranty, roadside assistance and include all costs with the repair including the water pump. I'm sorry that you didn't have the best experience with us, Khamarly. We have already connected and refunded the charge for the back-flush we performed. We clearly did not do a good enough job explaining that this service would not fix your issue. We did it because you were adamant that we do it, but we should not have. As mentioned, there are several other repairs needed to restore proper operation. This week I received excellent service from Scott and the team in Burnsville. In addition to my oil change I was provided a detailed report which included pictures and estimated costs on a few things that needed to be fixed on my truck. A lot of shops take that opportunity to pressure and belittle you for refusing additional services, but not here. They respected me, my time and my budget and that alone has earned my repeat business and I will be back. Thank you!

I've already posted on Google, at what a fantastic service provider you are. Still want you to know directly. I can't say enough great things about your staff. I worked with "Joe" pretty much exclusively, getting an oil conditioning and change done, as well as coolant flush and fill. I particularly appreciated Joe's approach to service and we hit it off right away. Great guy and he knows his stuff. After the (excellent by the way) diagnostics analysis, Joe spoke with me and I never felt pressure to do anything. he gave his recommendations and I made the decisions. I really like the detailed approach and thorough information given. You are now my "go to" shop for any car repairs and service. Service means everything and you deliver! Well done.
