Overall, did a decent job. They were able to fit me in if I could drop it off and they got it done within the window they said. Thank you. They offered to do a lot of extra things, new struts/shocks all around and new rotors along with the brake pads. Store manager said I don't really need the suspension just yet...so my thought is, don't offer it! I've never had to replace struts on a vehicle at 70,000 miles! This is about the same offering I got when I brought a different vehicle in here a couple years ago. It's a little annoying. Also, their oil change card they offer: FYI, it only covers 5 quarts, which doesn't cut it for a lot of vehicles. It does say that on the card, but it is easy to miss when you see the FREE in big letters. I also had to wait quite a while just to pay when I was done. The car door was unlocked when I went to the parking lot to get in my car. I asked the manager about that and he said they normally lock it.

We make note of everything we see. We also try to be clear about what you need to do now vs. what you should plan for in the future. In the case of your struts this was something you should plan for.
