Car repair and maintenance are necessary evils. A lot of money can be involved, and I don’t like spending more than necessary. As a woman, I’ve been taken advantage of because I don’t know a lot about cars. Honest 1 isn’t like that. They take time to explain necessary work and when possible explain what’s safe to defer until I can afford it. Their work is professional and usually quick. I recommend Honest 1 to friends and family, even buying the maintenance card for Christmas gifts.

I brought my car in because of oil leaking onto my garage floor. It was determined that a plastic cap was faulty and was replaced with a metal cap. Cost approx. $75. Expensive but necessary. I’ve always been happy with service and treatment given from Honest1. I had previously purchased the coupon card which gave me a free oil change this visit. I’m glad you’re nearby and always accommodating!

Honest One Auto thoroughly inspected the critical components of my automobile and provided a sufficiently detailed explanation of services recommended. The technicians replaced the cabin filter as part of the routine service inspection and the air quality in the car has noticably improved. They also said the brakes were still okay. I have had really, really good experiences with the integrity, comprehensiveness, and quality of services rendered to keep the autos roadworthy. Prices for quality service seem fair also. I appreciate the high caliber of proficiencies demonstrated with the auto inspection, explanations, and service that have certainly earned my high level of satisfaction on several occasions at the time of this review. Kudos to a well-managed auto care facility!

The diagnostics that were run on my vehicle during my last oil change helps me plan for my car's yearly tune-up. I wouldn't have known that my brake pads were wearing down unless I had come in. I had brakes collapse on one of my vehicles once before, and it's good to know beforehand.
