Got in for an oil change on short notice, and finished on time. Also performed Coolant Flush and Fill on Price quoted with a Coupon for $15.00 off. They advised on other repairs needed, but were not pushy about it. Thanks !!

Our Buick started to malfunction on Sunday evening. Sensors werre blinking like crazy and the car was jerking and not able to go highway speed. We were hoping to return to our home in Brainerd that evening but doubted we could make it given the condition of the car. I called Honest 1 first thing Monday morning and talked to Joe. He said we could bring the car in right away so we dropped it off about 9:15. Within about an hour we had a diagnosis, which disclosed a pretty large number of problems, including a fuel pressure sensor, struts, tires and other things. After we took a deep breath, we called Joe and authorized the repairs. He called around 3:30 to say everything was complete. Again, the list of repairs was quite lengthy. No one likes car repairs, and the cost was substantial, but the service was very prompt and exemplary. We have used Honest 1 before and will continue to do so.

I was kept informed and current on all repairs and nothing was done without my consent. The service was professional and courteous and to be recommended. After many unsatisfactory and disappointing experiences in my time here I was concerned about trying yet another place. I believe I may have finally hit on a good one. I'll not only return I'll recommend you to others.
