I called and spoke with Joe about a lug stud that had damaged threads from a tire rotation Honest1 performed. He had me bring it in right away and Sarah repaired/replaced it while I waited. Most shops would have argued and try to pass the buck but Honest1 stood up and took care of the problem.

Have never had a poor experience at the Burnsville Honest-1 auto care facility. They typically do a comprehensive vehicle inspection, at no charge, and make recommendations on parts and service that is needed. Their VIP Coupon Club program is a very good investment that should be considered.

I have been going to these guys for years at several locations and have never been disappointed. They have the best customer service and really take care of their customers like no other place that I have experienced. The new manager Joe is fantastic and is really a genuine person who you can trust. Quality work. Quality customer service. -Tyler

Very good service

I took a day off on a Friday to have my car done at a dealership and they told me excuses to get rid of me cause they were swamped and down three (3) technicians and set me an appointment for Wednesday. So I called around and found out the same appointment availability is Wednesday. Then I found Honest 1 in Burnsville and was told I could come in tomorrow which is a Saturday at 8am and they actually didn’t blow smoke up my tooshy! They were professional and very HONEST! That’s how I see how they got their name. Work was done in a couple hours and I was on my way! I’ve found my new auto care shop for myself and family and that’s HONEST 1! Thanks guys! Also I like to mention is the email setup that I received with all details in the work that was done. It really goes into detail and the pictures are awesome along with other inspections like transmission fluid, coolant, belts, air/cabin filters, etc. AWESOME SETUP! I highly recommend HONEST 1!

fast friendly service and job well done

2005 Mustang GT that I keep in mint condition so picky where I take it for things can't do myself. Picked this place based on reviews and the shop was very clean and orderly which generally means image and professionalism are important to the shop. They charged me a very fair rate to fix my AC. I'll bring my car back when needed. Plus they dropped me off at home while being looked at and picked me up when done.

I am so happy my daughter found the shop and was able to recommend me for work on my car. The service is very friendly and thorough. I appreciated that there were photos sent with the estimates on what is needed. Everything was explained so I can understand it without having to be a mechanic myself.

Prompt, friendly, and efficient. I've never had a bad experience. And the free bag of pretzels is always appreciated.
