I had a flat tire and had my car towed to Honest-1.They were great in giving me options on tires and services. They explained everything professionally and courteous. They completed the work quickly and kept me informed. I will be recommending them to family and friends and returning in the future.

My oil filter cap cracked on a Friday night leaving work draining all the oil from my car. They were open on a Saturday for me to tow it to them and have them look at it on Monday. They were able to get the part and get it repaired the same day. I appreciate their communication and constantly keeping me in the loop as to the progress and the prognosis. The price was fair for the service performed.

My car was making unusual noises which Mike and Joe diagnosed quickly and fixed in a couple of hours that same day. They were both very professional and personable and it was obvious they knew their business. The atmosphere in the office/waiting area was very calm and yet very efficient--the kind of place that instills confidence. I contacted Honest 1 Auto, using the online scheduling. It was easy to use and schedule my repair. I initially had some issues, but everything was handled quickly and communication was amazing with both store staff and the owner. We had discussions and they helped me understand the process they use in diagnosing and repairing issues. After my discussion with management, I felt very comfortable about having all work done at the business. I arrived ahead of my scheduled appointment and checking inwas very quick and staff were very friendly and informative. After a short time I received a phone call with the findings of the diagnostics. They explained the repair process and also made other recommendations, based on an overall inspection of the vehicle. This was done over and above what I needed done, which I greatly appreciated. Everything was also sent via text message and e-mail to me to keep me informed. The repair tracking system was really informative and allowed me to have an idea of when the vehicle would be complete. Due to the repairs being over $1000, they required a deposit down before they could start. They texted me a link to pay via my phone, which was great and easy to get payment to them. I arrived back at the shop just prior to closing and the staff advised they were just going to call to advise the work was almost complete. The Service Technician took the vehicle for a test drive to ensure everything was complete and the vehicle was working well. I can't say enough how impressed I was with the way I was treated and the quality job done to repair the vehicle. I highly recommend having your vehicle maintenance or repairs done at Honest 1 Auto. Especially the one in Burnsville! My hats off to the crew over there!
