Good service and clear account of what my car needs. Courteous and easy going. I will continue to use this shop.

Our car would not start so it was towed to H1. Even after the battery replacement and a new starter it still would not turn over. It was discovered that a previous service at a different shop was done incorrectly resulting in significant engine damage. H1 Burnsville called that repair shop, explained the issues and got them to agree to honor their warranty.

Was out of town for holiday and needed to get vehicle looked at for drive back home and Scott and his team got my car in and helped me get on road as safely and quickly as possible. Would highly recommend going here for great service and honest repairs!! Very thankful customer this thanksgiving and Christmas season! Thank you Scott and Brennan!
