During safety inspection . Found some issues that need attention. Honest one was able to detail the description of work so to understand what is needed. And gave us quotes for each repair so to come back and finish repair at our convieience . Very proffesionable atmosphere .

11/14/22 GMC Yukon had an electrical issue. Called H1 , Without an appointment set, Service writer Joe and Technician Mike went far above 5 Star service. I was in quite predicament without this vehicle. This Team worked me into their Book Schedule and diagnosed and repaired my truck . True unprecident service. Made no promises in getting it done same day because of their schedule. They came through for me and my family. Thank you again for your incredible service and understanding.
