The employees at Honest-1 are, well, honest. It is refreshing to go to a auto repair shop where the employees have wall-to-wall integrity. I have, so often, almost gotten burned by car shops at dealerships. Those places are overpriced and they insist that they replace parts and do maintenance that is not necessary. Honest-1 is absolutely not like that. The employees are friendly and actually remember you, too.

Great experience this time. I had a 2pm appointment but they were able to get me in 15 minutes early. Everything went great and everyone was nice to me.

I've dealt with Scott pretty much every time, he and the other staff will work to help you with getting to and from the shop, which is awesome. Today 1-13-24 they did not find any anything wrong with my truck, so they waived the diagnostic fee of 89.00$ which I appreciated very much!

I love these guys. I have been bringing my vehicle to them for years and they do not disappoint! They will let me know any future maintenance to consider, but they are not pushy.

The staff were very friendly and explained what services they suggested for my vehicle. I never felt pressured to have anything done that I didn't want performed. They were also very good at communicating about the status of my vehicle and when they would be able to fit it in their schedule.
