Burnsville Auto Repair

Received a coupon for an oil change so I gave them a visit. The Asst Manager, Brandon, was the one helping me, and he was very clear about what needed to get done (filters, tie rod ends, etc.) and gave me a lot of discounts on parts which brought them close to the price that I could have gotten myself through personal shopping. He was also professional and courteous. Service was quick, and the amenities are great. They left a little surprise for me in the car which was nice. I would definitely recommend this auto shop for your routine maintenance. My complaint is the waiting room. It is cold because the main door is in the same room. Therefore, if you visit in the winter make sure you bundle up (I didn't and was cold).

I can't thank Honest-1 Auto Care enough for their superior customer service with taking the time to check my front tire for glass as some idiot left a glass beer bottle in a parking spot at the MOA and I drove over it. Had glass chunks stuck in my tires and was hoping no permanent damage. The service team checked my tire, as well as the rest of them, and pulled additional glass out before I continued my road trip back to South Dakota. The staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding about my concern of the glass. Hopped into my car only to notice they left me a flower in the dash and a snack for the road trip home. Really miss utilizing their services for my car needs since I moved away. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

They checked on a possible oil leak using a dye on first visit and then back 2 weeks later for final check. Good news, no leak. I appreciate the care and thoroughness. As always, staff was courteous and friendly.

I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated at the Burnsville shop. The service provided was excellent - I was in and out in a short amount of time, the waiting area was nice. I have been to quite a few shops dealership and individual shops and I would like to say I was impressed. The young man I worked with was Brandon. His professionalism and knowledge of my car was excellent. I knew I had some work that needs to be done in the future and he took the time to explain in more detail the new parts used vs, the old. I came into the Burnsville location yesterday because my car was running really rough. I spoke with Brandon. I have been to a lot of service centers in my life and this was by far the best experience that I have ever had. Brandon was very knowledgeable, professional, and most of all honest. He made me feel like family. Now I know where you get your name from. He explained to me everything that was wrong with my car, and told me what needed to be fixed and what could wait. I have never had any other shop tell me that stuff could wait. To me that gained you guys a customer for life. Although the quote was more than I could handle until I get my taxes back, but I will be there once I get the money. Please don't ever let Brandon leave because I will follow him wherever he goes. I would recommend Brandon and Honest-1 to anyone who needs work on their vehicles.
