I called Honest-1 on Valentine's Day when I discovered that my brakes were almost entirely ineffectual after work. I'm new to the area, but a quick Google search told me that all shops were closed or closing, including Honest-1. I called them anyway and told them the situation, and I live 40 mins away. Devon was very nice and very concerned, he gently insisted I don't try to drive further and told me they would help me. They stayed late, checked my car over while I waited in their comfortable waiting room, and still took the time to bring me into the shop to show me their concerns on the condition of my car. They offered me a free loner car, which was a huge help and-hilariously, and completely coincidentally-nearly the exact same car as mine, right down to the color. I felt right at home. James was there when I went to pick up the car, and was just as kind and helpful as Devon. I'm very satisfied with my experience, their customer service is fantastic! Thank you!

This place is awesome! Very professional! It's hard to find a trust worthy place, but we definitely found one in Honest 1! They took care of our car that we dropped off without an appointment and made time for us to fix it that day. They definitely value their customers!

Very professional business and trust worthy staff! We had them fix something minor on our car a couple weeks back. My daughter had a flat tire and we arrived at 7 a.m. without an appointment and they took excellent care of the car! They did small extra things and didn't try to nickel and dime and come up with more things to find wrong with the car. Brandon was super awesome and kept us update the whole time! It's not easy to find service stations you can feel confident about, but this one definitely is that kind of place! You won't be disappointed bringing your cars there!

Very good vehicle inspection they correctly diagnosed the problem. They did not have the exact knowledge of what was needed to remedy the problem. I give them credit for researching the what was needed. In their defense, they do not see too many Avalanche Z66's in this part of the country,(neither do various parts vendors), Although the repairs took longer than expected they provided me with a very nice loaner and kept me informed of their progress. If needed I will use your shop in the future Brandon is very courteous and informative He is an asset to your business.

I was driving by the other day and had a quick question about my car so I stopped in as I have never been here before and wanted to check it out. I ended up talking with Brandon and brought him out to my vehicle to show him my question. All I can say is wow Brandon had a great idea on how to strap my canoe down somewhere else compared to how I was doing it before and it was a great idea which I will now be doing it that way. I will definitely be back for any services my vehicle needs in the future and I will tell all my friends about this place as well. Thanks again Brandon

Randy was so kind to me and my situation with my vehicle. He even worked on my car himself and made sure my car would be ready for the winter. This place is really nice! I'm really glad I found this place. I highly recommend this place!!
