If you are tired of the run-around and tired of high prices and dishonest advice, go here and see Brandon. He has been amazing since I first called him. I came to him with issues that tires plus said I had and he looked at my jeep and told me truthfully what needed to be done, which of course tires plus said I needed more work that needed to be done but wasn't necessary. He put me in a loaner that day and texted me, because I can't always answer my phone at work or even talk on the phone for that matter, but he did just about every day letting me know what's going on with the jeep and asked me to call him when I could, if there were issues he wanted discuss further. I had the loaner for over 2 weeks ( the computer I needed took about a week to get there) which I didn't mind at all. The loaner I had was a Jeep Liberty and I was fine with it. Especially when he was letting me know what's going on with my vehicle and that as long as I didn't mind, he didn't mind if I stayed in the loaner. After he got all the parts in my jeep and it was ready to go, he called me to let me know he discovered something else, but it didn't need to be done at that time, but soon is what he suggested so I just told him to go ahead and do it. He had also called me a few days prior and let me know the shocks in the rear were completely blown out and tires plus never once mentioned that. I wanted him to fix my jeep from then on out. Now tires plus charged me around 300 to figure out why my jeep kept dying and they concluded "front control module" well after returning the loaner and getting my jeep back it is still dying. I called Brandon and he told me to bring it back as soon as I could and he would look at it again. Currently it is back at honest one and I might have spent all that money because tires plus concluded that it was the computer so I shopped around and found honest one to be the best price and come to find out they also have the best honest service. Brandon has been texting me letting me know what he's tried so far on the jeep and he might have figured it out and it might have not been the computer this whole time. Go see Brandon. He is amazing. My fiancé lost his job during this whole thing and he has been texting me letting me know job ideas and letting me know he will try and help us as much as he can with the jeep and will continue updating. I told him he is a god send. He has been so amazing I will never go anywhere else or see anyone else ever again. Seriously. The best auto repair shop that I have ever been to and that is only because of Brandon and the gentlemen who have helped him work on my jeep. I think he needs to be recognized and promoted. That place would be top in the region if he ran it. He is truly about customer service and not over charging. Truly. He wants to help you and genuinely cares about you and your vehicle issues. He will figure it out. He won't let you down. Go see Brandon at honest one.
