The only complaint I have is why did I bother to make an appointment if my car did not even get in for an hour after my appointment because the lift for the alignment was occupied. You knew I was coming why was that bay not kept open?

Everyone was very nice. The lobby was clean with amenities for children and adults. The snacks are a very nice touch. I asked for a tire rotation, and I have never been told that I didn't need one before. Honest is in the title! I will be back with all my cars :)

Honest 1 Auto Care is the only repair shop I'll use from now on. I have a VW that's running super right now after a diagnosis and fix that a few other shops wouldn't take and suggested I go to the VW dealer. I did some research and found the price very competitive and beat other shops in the area. The team is friendly, explain everything in everyday language, and very appreciative of a customer's business. A very well run business. Thank you all!
