Brought my car in for an oil change. They brought me out to the garage to show me a nail in my tire and then provided me options to repair. They provided me a free, very nice, loaner. Great customer service and they completed the repairs sooner than expected!

Had an appointment for 0730 and got there about 15 minutes early. My vehicle was taken in shortly after for an oil change and tire rotation. Was out of there by 0830. Very timely!

Drove in for oil change. They were busy so set appointment for later that afternoon. Arrived 10 min prior to appt. Vehicle taken in 20 min after apt time. Oil change completed 20 min later. Service pointed out a couple additional issues needing attention. No pressure from service. I appreciate being informed of issues so I can take preventive/corrective action if I so choose. I declined additional service. In addition to oil changes, has provided me with other maintenance services. I consider the service techs to be knowledgeable, honest, and efficient and the cost to be reasonable. I trust and gladly recommend Honest-1 for auto service.
I was able to get my car in the same day I called about the noise I was hearing. And being from out of state and scared to drive it that was important. Was very happy with the service. They totally were great when I denied work on a problem with the air compressor because of cost. Friendly.

Great service. The flower and pretzels in my car after was very nice. The only negative I would say is that it took 1 hour and 10 mins for an oil change and when the car was done the mechanic brought it outside but didn't tell anyone at the counter or bring paperwork out. So I sat there waiting and finally had to go ask.
Very fast and professional service. Got rear brakes and rotors done and the pricing was fair and they didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Will be coming back!
