Honest 1 Auto Care is the only repair shop I'll use from now on. I have a VW that's running super right now after a diagnosis and fix that a few other shops wouldn't take and suggested I go to the VW dealer. I did some research and found the price very competitive and beat other shops in the area. The team is friendly, explain everything in everyday language, and very appreciative of a customer's business. A very well run business. Thank you all!

I had an emergency engine problem that made my truck unable to be driven. Honest-1 was able to get back to me within two hours after showing up at their shop with a diagnosis and was able to repair it the same day. They gave me a loaner car while they diagnosed the problem and had my truck back to me by the end of the business day. What more can you ask for?

Honest 1 was able to schedule my work quickly and understood what needed to be done and how they would proceed. After analysis they called with an explanation and the cost of repair. The final cost matched their estimate and the repair is working perfectly.
