Once again the boys at Honest-1-Auto out did them self's. Taking me out to show what they were doing and what to start watching for. Jason there tech who worked and my car was very knowledgeable.

The over heating problem has been concerning me for several months now and after I had Honest 1 check the antifreeze/coolant system the temperature gage is finally staying at the manufacturer's recommended level.

I know one of the mechanics working in this shop. He is excellent. The front desk has great customer service I received a follow up phone call to ensure I was satisfied with the work they had done. They live up to their name.

I called that night for an oil change. They were able to help right away and the staff was very nice and quick. They even left a flower and bag of pretzels on the dash with a Thank you note when I got my car back. All in all, I think I was there 25min. No reaching questions, just what I came for. Also, they have a nice little play space for kids, coffee station, and comfy lounge chairs. Great experience!
