My first experience at your shop was very pleasant. I appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting area and restroom, the variety of complimentary beverages and snacks, and the care used in addressing issues with my car. Last but not least, the pink carnation and bag of pretzels waiting in my car was such a lovely surprise! It certainly made the extra wait time worth while, and I felt valued as a customer. Thank you!
