Very knowledgeable individuals, friendly and unlike most auto shop, they’re kid friendly. They definitely own up to their name because I’ve never encountered a incident where any of the employees or managers weren’t honest about the problem nor price. Wish we had some one like you in our neck of the woods. Your service for our kids car was fast and easy fix. So glad you where able to get his car in at our time of need. We live one hour away and where hoping we wouldn't have to return a day or two later. Loved the fact that you where able to fix in probably less then an hour and price was totally reasonable. Thanks

Honest1 Auto care Burnsville people are really nice! They care about their customers satisfaction. My car broke down on highway, had it towed to their shop and turned out the problem with my car was serious and needed major parts replacement. Since it was labor week end Holiday and I was going out of state for holiday weekend when my car broke down. But they loaned me their car to used to go where I needed to go for free!! Thanks to them. I will be bringing my car to them from now on! Execellent job there!
