They quoted a price of nearly $1500 to fix our brakes, rotors, and a caliper on our 2011 Volkswagen Golf, so we bit the bullet and gave the OK to do it. They were professional from start to finish and accepted half down to start fixing the car. When the car was done, they called us and told us they were able to fix the caliper without replacing it, which saved us about $700. They didn't have to try to fix it to pass the savings to us since we had braced ourselves to pay $1500, but they did anyways, and that's pretty darn honest if you ask me. I have had mechanics spring bad news about needing a more expensive repair, but never had one come back to give me a cheaper final cost! I was very happy, needless to say. I have driven it since then to make sure that the repair was done right, and it works perfectly now. Grinding noise gone, so I'm quite happy. As icing on the cake, they did a synthetic oil change on our car since it was getting close to that time of year, and it only cost $40 instead of the $99 that I usually pay for it to be done at Valvoline. Not only that, but on top of all the savings, they also honored a 10% off web coupon for all of this service as well. Saving an additional $70? Yes please! I recommend these guys. If that ever changes, I'll amend my review, but for now, they get 5-stars from me!
