Back in May 2023, Honest 1 did a lot of work on the suspension of our Acadia. The car was pulling to the right. We stopped by. After an inspection, they found the alignment was off. We were told it was something they should have checked in May and did not. They fixed the alignment at no charge. When a business does things right, the customer is happy. We were in May. Yet when something is wrong, a true sign of a good business is stepping up and making things right. Fixing the alignment on our Acadia is proof of that. Great work by Honest 1!

Came in with a puncture and while it was unfixable the guys put the car on the lift and spent valuable time advising us and didn't charge us for any of it. Honest guys for sure!

My vehicle needed immediate attention so I contacted Honest-1 first thing when they opened. Joe said, can you get your car here now and we can assess the problem. Joe was wonderful to work with, as he get me apprised through the entire job. He arranged a Lyft so I could get back to work, along with bringing me back to get my car.
