Had heard some questionale things about this shop but after leaving I'm not sure why. My guess is that some people are just unreasonable. Tried another shop first and got the cold shoulder approach and decided ultimately to have my vehicle repaired here. Friendly and prompt service for a walk in. Had to leave it in order for them to take it which I wasn't crazy about but just wanted it done ASAP. Their inspection report system is kind of cool, comes complete with pictures (that has to be irritating for the technicians to juggle tablets while covered in sweat and grease). Got it back the same day. I think my steering wheel is still off a few degrees but I'm probably just being picky (it was off by about 30ish° before they started). Overall, I left happy. I need a few other things repaired and will likely have them take care of that too when I'm ready. Might try an appointment next time.
