Able to get in on short notice convenient to me. While the attendant was training another employee on front desk duties, he continued to provide attention to my needs and those of someone who had just come into he shop. Very personable The "gift" of snacks in my car as I received it when completed is a very nice touch...brought a smile to my face both times I've been to this location for service!

Best experience I've ever had getting an oil change. Shop is clean and offers nice extras like good coffee and water. Beautiful, clean bathroom, nicest group of employees I've ever encountered, and very thoughtful touch to add a flower and bag f pretzels when car was picked up. And best yet, you truly are honest!!! Didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. Fantastic experience- thank you!!!!

As usual, James and the Technicians did an excellent job. I bring our 5 family cars to Honest 1, because they have earned our business with treating is well, and doing well with the various repairs that we have needed.

The people at Honest-1 were very friendly, quick to help me, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. They were very prompt, even finished my service faster than they said. And when all was said and done, a Thank You note with a flower and snack were left in my car. I haven't experienced such good service in a long time and will definitely be returning.

This place always amazes me. Both times I had to bring my daughter and she never gets bored. It's a fantastic environment with great employees. I had expected the pretzels in the car from my first visit but imagine my surprise when there were two bags left in my car with a flower on each, one for me and my daughter. So fantastic. These things do make a difference.

Long over due review - we had our car fixed there back in November. We need to have the engine completely redone. The work has been excellent, no complaints, my engine is running great! James (I think he is the service manager) is such a great guy. Super kind and understanding. He totally worked with us to get the car fixed and gave us a loaner until ours was fixed and let us keep it for a few days longer. The price he quoted us was very fair and ended up being even less when all the work was complete. I cannot say enough nice things about this shop, they offer great service, great work and are so kind and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Honest One in Burnsville. :)
