Service was prompt and professional, as usual.

Polite, friendly service! I went to shop knowing something was wrong as I heard a unusual noise. I was escorted to the garage, shown the problem, and I could see the part leaking fluid. Everything was well explained and I understood what would happen if the fluid started leaking out faster. I was provided an estimate and given a loaner car to drive. I had the major work done and postponed tire replacement for another day. Now my van rides like know and, of course, no more noise! ;-)

I was able to get in same day, and service was great as usual; I enjoy the flower and snack left in vehicle!

Not trying to be funny, but they really are honest. An aesthetic piece came in for my vehicle and they rejected it due to being poor quality. They gave us rental car with no questions asked. James' customer service was bar none the best. I not only will be going back to them, but I will tell all of family and friends.
