It is very evident that the guys at the Burnsville, MN location have a lot of passion for what they do and care about people like they are family. I have and will continue to recommend people to this location without question.

The oil change service was quick and complete. Their safety inspection revealed my front brakes are getting near needing to be replaced. They showed me the pads and explained that I should be good until the next oil change but it is a maintenance item that I should be planning on getting done. I appreciate the fact that they took the time to advise me and there was no “High” pressure applied to do this immediately.

I was able to get my vehicle in same day as I called and very friendly and thorogh estimate done.

Appreciate the great service with a short notice on my part. Will return for future repairs.

Every time I have gone to Honest 1 they have at least met my expectations, and most of the time exceeded them. Great service, friendly employees and very reasonable pricing. I like the fact that they will show you issues with your vehicle. They will literally bring you out into the shop and have you get under the vehicle-pretty cool. This is old school service with a modern twist!

Exceptional customer service and work performed on my vehicle every time I go to Honest-1. Even when my vehicle had to be kept for several days, I always received a daily phone call updating me on the status of my vehicle. They always take the time to explain what needs to be done and have even shown me what's wrong with my vehicle. Love that they have a shuttle service and free loaner vehicle too! Their name says it all "Honest"!
