I went in for a pre-purchase inspection and it took about an hour as they indicated it would. They were able to get me scheduled in same day and the entire process went smoothly. The guy going over the results with me recognized I knew a bit about cars and kindly adjusted his explanation to my level.

First time using Honest 1, and it was a great experience! Very nice shop, friendly staff, and a good atmosphere. Pointed out minor problems with the vehicle and offered to fix them. Most shops would put endless pressure on you to buy additional services, but Honest 1 was very respectable and did not push too hard. Overall, a great experience and Honest 1 comes highly recommended!

The service was great although it took a little longer than anticipated. Everything now seems to be working great.
