Overall service was good, The service tech was very professional,i think his name was Jared. The reason i gave four stars is because i didn't get my bag of pretzels.

I have been coming to Honest One now for 4 or 5 years. I have never had a bad experience at either the Prior lake or Burnsville locations. This amounts to over 20 visits between basic oil changes and larger projects. I hate spending money on car repairs, but you make it less painful. I do wish that there was some kind of loyalty program for being a regular customer. Car repairs are expensive and just a little something off, or a free oil change would make me feel more appreciated as a regular customer.

I went in for a pre-purchase inspection and it took about an hour as they indicated it would. They were able to get me scheduled in same day and the entire process went smoothly. The guy going over the results with me recognized I knew a bit about cars and kindly adjusted his explanation to my level.
