Was very satisfied with all services.
After a rocky start, the 3 hour job took 7 hours, the work done was very good. Once I phoned, after waiting 6 hours, the job was completed in an hour and the delay was owned up to and handled very professionally. Very satisfied with the end result.
Wow!! I have been getting oil changes for almost 50 Years but have never had such a wonderful experience. Excellent job and customer services is the best I have ever experienced. I will be a life time customer. Thank you team Honest.

The folks at Honest - 1 unlike almost all other car care centers are completely HONEST! I've visited this facility several times and always received an accurate evaluation/estimate of what I came in for and none of the other "add ons" that are usually un necessary. Just good old fashioned great service!

Excellent service. A bit of a problem with the online reservation request for an oil change that I submitted a week prior for a Friday afternoon. Location said they did not receive my request. When I called they were able to get me in on the following Monday. I like that they do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and provide you with a list of items for "deferred" maintenance and they store it in their computer, so you will always know what needs to be done later when you go back.
