Have had oil changes prior to this one. I was a walk in and got into the schedule right away. Fixed a fuse and out in a timely manor. Thanks, I will be back.

This shop continues to provide me with excellent service and they are usually very thorough and friendly. That is why I keep going back to their Burnsville shop.

Tried to have oil changes at the Prior Lake location on two cars, one after the other, but PL was skeptical that they could get both cars done same day. We live between PL and their Burnsville location so called up Burnsville and they said no problem, come on down! Josh and Matt were a ton of help. This is the second time we've used Honest-1 (first time they did what was needed at a very fair price) and we'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend Honest 1. They have always been accommodating and take care in making each customer updated and aware of work that needs to be done.

I was very pleased by the service provided by this company. The staff was friendly and professional. There were things found by the mechanic, but I was told that there was no emergency do fix anything during my visit.

I needed to replace the front headlights on my Lexus SUV and had purchased the parts thinking my husband could do it. Wrong. Many auto repair shops will not deal with owner purchased part but it wasn't a problem for Matt and the Honest-1 mechanics. Even though the job took much longer than anticipated, I had my car back that afternoon and am so grateful!
