Another awesome experience at Honest-1! Everybody was so friendly, courteous, and so patient answering all my questions. I truly feel I get the absolute BEST service each and every time I come into your shop. Nobody wants to have car issues but you guys make the experience tolerable...almost enjoyable! I have already convinced my mom and sister to start coming to your shop and I will keep recommending you guys to others cuz you are the best! I have never commented about any car service I have had at any other shop, good or bad, but I felt you guys go above and beyond expectations so I had to take the time to write. Thanks again!

This place always amazes me. Both times I had to bring my daughter and she never gets bored. It's a fantastic environment with great employees. I had expected the pretzels in the car from my first visit but imagine my surprise when there were two bags left in my car with a flower on each, one for me and my daughter. So fantastic. These things do make a difference.

Long over due review - we had our car fixed there back in November. We need to have the engine completely redone. The work has been excellent, no complaints, my engine is running great! James (I think he is the service manager) is such a great guy. Super kind and understanding. He totally worked with us to get the car fixed and gave us a loaner until ours was fixed and let us keep it for a few days longer. The price he quoted us was very fair and ended up being even less when all the work was complete. I cannot say enough nice things about this shop, they offer great service, great work and are so kind and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Honest One in Burnsville. :)

Loved that they provided transportation and nice snacks for free. Eases the waiting time.

I bring my truck here for all of the work I need done. Even though my repair warranty company is cheap and won't pay normal price, the guys here always make it work for me. That's why I'll keep coming back. Not to mention they do a good job and leave a bag of pretzels in my truck when it's done.

This was my first visit to honest 1. I was really impressed! James did an outstanding job of communicating, especially when there was a delay in getting some parts. He kept me informed and offered a discount for the delay. Also, observing him interact with other customers, he always did whatever was necessary to satisfy every customer! I have NEVER seen this level of service at a repair shop. And then to top it off, when I got in my car there was a bag of snacks with a thank you attached. Wow!

I was very pleased with everything from my initial phone call to Honest-1 to the follow up I received. This place is like no other national repair shop I've every been to. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I felt their customer service was top notch.More importantly the work they did on my car was stellar. They handled the repair in LESS time than they quoted me and for LESS money too. I mean, you can't get better then that. They also pointed out some minor things on my car to keep an "eye out for", but did not try to hard sell me on anything.I will certainly be back.
