Everything was great. Only one small problem,before I left I asked if air pressure had been set. I was told yes....after I left I checked 3of four tires 4 lbs. short
I am very pleased with the service received yesterday at you facility. This is a very clean and pleasant environment and friendly staff.

Had an oil change in about the amount of time it takes to get a haircut! And they weren't even pushy about the other work I'd asked for them to look at. That's 5 stars to me!

The individuals here were amazing. We were visiting Burnsville on Vacation when we encountered vehicle problems the day we planned to leave (a Sunday). As most places were closed we went off of reviews and chose Honest 1 to have our vehicle towed to. We called right away and they did what they needed to get us in as soon as possible, including expediting parts that were needed. They stayed in touch with us throughout the day and managed to get it done earlier than quoted. We highly recommend this place to others in the area. Matt was absolutely wonderful to work with.
