I was referred to your company, saying that you were honest and very knowledgeable when it came to car service. I made an appointment the first time, and verbally expressed to the gentleman that I was having problems with heat, and we thought it was a coolant flush, He said, "Bring it in, and we will look at it." I was thinking that when I came in, the mechanics would look at that note and make sure the coolant system was in working order, before they did flush. I was told after the car repair was done, the notes weren't transferred. He apologized and said, " If your heat isn't working, then come in and we will take a look at it, and charge you a diagnostic fee." We were still having problems and then decided to bring it back in, because it seemed to still not be working. It was a reversal flush that was needed, and it upset me because they should have checked the hoses first time we brought the car in, to see if they were running properly. But, they didn't, and the notes had not transferred either on that ticket. The ended up charging us again, which I feel they should have taken care of it for us since it was under warranty and they should have caught that the first time. On top of it, they saw the thermostat was leaking, and wanted to charge us another $163.00 to put another one in, on top of the $300, they already charged us for two flushes. The customer service there didn't seem like service, it lacked it. They should have taken care of it for us at least the flush, but they didn't. I probably wont go there again, for any car repairs, due to how upsetting that was for us.
